Just Because. . .

Just because I believe something is right doesn't necessarily mean it is right, unless it can be proven by me or an authority on the subject. Just because I believe something is wrong doesn't necessarily mean it is wrong, unless the fallacy can be proven by me or someone else.

Yes, just because we believe something to be true does not make it true and just because we disbelieve something does not make it false, but a truth stands always reguardless of acceptance by man. Is our job to sort out all the falsehoods that we can in order to know the truths? I have been told that agents of our government are trained to spot a counterfeit bill by studying a genuine bill, so may be we should know truth to enable us to know a falsehood when we see it. I would rather study truth than error that way I would not slip into error. This can become rather circular so I'll just stop here for now and end with 'let God be true and all men be liars', until next time, in Christ, Truthseeker.
